Annual Memberships
Whether you are interested in golf, social activities, or fitness, Cypress Woods offers Golf and Social Memberships that feature great benefits on golf, recreation (fitness center, pickleball, tennis, bocce ball), and social events. These non-voting, non-equity memberships are available to those who do not own in Cypress Woods.
As an Annual Member, you will have access to our recreational amenities which include a Fitness Center, resort-style swimming area with gazebo, lap pool, and outdoor hot tub, as well as lighted Tennis, Pickleball and Bocce Ball Courts and, of course, our Clubhouse Main Dining Room and Grille Room.
Annual Golf Membership
Our Golf Membership boasts year-round Golf and access to our Driving Range with a host of exclusive amenities. Dive into relaxation with our Lap Pool, Swimming Pool, and Spa. Stay active and fit with our Fitness Center, Lighted Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, and Bocce Ball Courts. Plus, enjoy the camaraderie of member and guest social dining events throughout the year.
Annual Social Membership
For an individual (and their cohabitating spouse/significant other, if applicable). As a Social Member at Cypress Woods, you are welcome to attend our many Member Socials, Dining and Entertainment Events. You will also have access to our Fitness Center, Clubhouse Pool, Lap Pool, Hot Tub, as well as our Lighted Tennis, Pickleball, and Bocce Ball Courts. Off-season enjoy unlimited Golf at our member cart fee rate (May through October), as well as year-round Driving Range/Practice Facility access. Four (4) rounds of golf at our member rate in November and another four (4) rounds in December. Please note: this membership excludes member golf privileges during "Season" (January through April).
