New Owners are required to schedule an appointment in the Administration Office with Nicolette Boros, Membership Coordinator & Executive Assistant. The purpose of this appointment is to register your information, generate member ID cards, go over the information in the new owner packet and answer any questions you may have. The appointment will also help to explain what the Master Association is responsible for and what issues would require contacting your specific property management company for your HOA/COA.
You either have, or will receive, a paper copy of this information at your New Owner appointment with me, Nicolette Boros, in the Clubhouse Administrative Office.
