Unlike equity clubs, there are no large upfront initiation fees, but instead the owners pay annual club assessment dues. The Board adopts the Club’s annual budget each November thereby establishing the next year’s annual assessment due by Members in January each year. There is an annual food minimum applicable to each Living Unit. Food and non-alcoholic beverage expenditures can be applied toward the food minimum.
